Job Description :

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train an develop taxi dispatchers, Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact, Maintain effective and positive client relations, Complete required paperwork on timely basis, Monitor taxi operator compliance with policies and procedures, Implement Company Procedures and comply with safety regulations, Inform Operation manager of unusual incidents and make recommendations for improvements, Be available to respond to emergency situations during all hours of operations, Handle special projects assigned by Operation Manager or Branch Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, Working experience with computer programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes, Excellent mathematical skills, Ability to handle multiple tasks, Excellent organizational skills.
