Window Service Technician – Honolulu

Milgard Manufacturing, Inc., the West Coast leader in window manufacturing, has an immediate opportunity fora results-oriented SERVICE TECHNICIANfor our Hawaii territory.


This position performs warranty service repairs at customer’s homes.This is a front-line customer face-to-face position requiring superior customer service, interpersonal and professional skills.Duties include field repair and maintenance of windows sold by Milgard. Communicate with homeowners on installation and operation procedures for Milgard products. You’ll maintain and stock the company truck to reflect your high quality care for tools and equipment. You’ll complete the proper paperwork, work efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.


We are looking for construction knowledge, preferably working with windows. Previous glazing experience is a real PLUS! You’ll need proven excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal professionally with difficult people and situations using a “customer comes first” attitude. The ability to easily adjust to changes in routes is important. A valid Hawaii driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Must be21 years of age or over. Proven hands-on troubleshooting ability and strong mechanical skills will be an asset. Ladder climbing and heavy lifting is essential to this position.
